tribute to jimmy choo

Jimmy Choo has been bought this morning by the luxury goods group Labelux at an estimate of £525.5 million, which means that it's market worth has nearly doubled since its purchase by TowerBrook at £225 million in 2007. Labelux plans to help the footwear brand expand in Asia.
I have to add, that the founder and main designer Tamara Mellon is a LCF graduate, which makes me naturally immensely proud. :) Although Jimmy Choo hasn't been much in focus since Sex and City, it still is one of the most celebrated accessories brand there is.

my favourite picks of the pre-fall 2011 collection:

raised up on a 145mm platform heel, ultra-luxe mock croc printed sandals with cute padlock detail

New for Pre Fall 11 this lizard print leather espadrille is the perfect addition to any summer wardrobe. Coming soon in red.

For laid back days choose these must-have exclusive Jimmy Choo printed paisley flat shoes.
